Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

Report/list for checking how long an item remains in a certain status

We would like to get some data about how long a certain item stays in a certain status in Quria, especially for new media that get the status "in Bearbeitung" for their internal treatment before we put them on a shelf for lending.

This could be via a report in Quria or in the bulk handling, where for each item the following two dates would be indicated:

  • Date 1: Status changed to "in Bearbeitung"

  • Date 2: Status changed back to normal (without manual status)

As we can see in the transaction protocols of single items, these dates are alreasy now saved for each item, so they would only have to be displayed additionally in the bulk handling lists.

Thanks for looking into this!

Hi Magdalena, thanks for your reply!

If possible all status changes an item has had so far, but it could only be the last few (like the last 2) changes if that would make it easier to implement. For each change, it would be enough just to indicate the new status and the date this status has been set.

    Thank you and kind regards

    Susanne

    Hi!

    Thank you for this suggestion!

I am not sure how you want this to work. What dates are you interested of having here, the last two status changes? Should all the status changes be visible here or only some specific ones?

    Regards

    Magdalena
