Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

Feld für Institutionen/Firmen in Benutzerdaten / Field for institutions/companies in user data

In den Benutzerdaten sollte es neben Vorname und Nachname auch ein Feld für Institutionen geben. Bei Bibliotheksausweisen die nicht für eine Privatperson sind kann dort der Name der Schule, der Kita, der Firma etc. eingetragen werden.


In the user data, there should be a field for institutions in addition to first name and last name. For library cards that are not for a private person, the name of the school, daycare center, company, etc. can be entered there.

    Sorry for the late feedback. If the institution would also be displayed on letters or reservations, that would be optimal. But if the institution could only be seen on all information, that would already be a big step forward.

    Hi,

    To make it a part of the name is unfortunately a much bigger development that just add it as a part of the rest of the patron record so I can't promise a time frame for when we can do it. But at least we know what you expect and will not risk to implement a useless function.

    Thank you for the positive feedback. It would be good if the name of the institution can also be displayed. A variable for the name is especially important for the creation of the documents.

    Hi!

    This is a very good suggestion and we want to implement it. We just need to figure out how this field should behave. From your perspective, is the name if the institution an information that should be displayed together with the name in all places when patron name is shown (on items, on reservations, in the check out dialog etc?) Or is it more an information that only need to be present among all other stuff account?
