Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

Ersatz buchen für verlorene Medien / Booking replacement for lost media

Wenn Nutzende Medien verloren haben und nicht zurückgeben können, buchen wir die Medien vom Konto zurück, setzen die Titel auf vermisst und buchen den ursprünglichen Kaufpreis des Mediums sowie eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in das Gebührenkonto der Person. Leider muss man den ursprünglichen Kaufpreis relativ umständlich erst im Datensatz heraussuchen, einfacher wäre es wenn es einen Button mit "Ersatz buchen" geben würde. Mit Klick auf den Button wird dann der ursprüngliche Kaufpreis automatisch auf das Konto der Person gebucht, die den verlorenen Titel gerade ausgeliehen hat und das Medium wird automatisch vom Konto zurückgebucht.


If users have lost media and are unable to return it, we will reverse the media from the account, set the titles to missing, and post the original purchase price of the media and a processing fee to the person's charge account. Unfortunately, the original purchase price has to be found in the record, which would be easier if there was a button with "Book replacement". By clicking on the button, the original purchase price is then automatically booked to the account of the person who has just borrowed the lost title and the medium is automatically booked back from the account.

      Aufgrund einer Fehlermeldung wurde diese Idee versehentlich doppelt gepostet, dieser Eintrag kann dann gelöscht werden.

      Due to an error message this idea was accidentally posted twice, this entry can then be deleted.
