Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions in Quria. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them.
Please read the Idea Guidelines & Review Process before submitting your suggestion.
In the Roadmap tab, you can see what we’re planning to develop in the near future.
Please note that changes of scope for a release can occur during the milestone due to various reasons. This means that some functionality is moved to next (or a later) milestone and affects the scope of that.
Thank you!
Yes, but that is a large development task that is hard to justify when there is a solution in place in Arena.
In that case, an option to send the Arena PIN reset link via SMS to patrons should be a safe enough solution. Have you considered this?
Hi,
Sending a new PIN code in plain text via email or SMS directly from Quria is not recommended due to security and privacy concerns. These channels are not encrypted and can be intercepted, putting patrons at risk of unauthorized access. Since patrons can already reset their PIN securely through Arena, that remains the safest method. For patrons that need help, the staff can easily go into Arena and enter the patron card in the reset function.
For new patrons we recommend that they add their pincode themselves at the library desk.
Best regards
Magdalena
Good idea! That is also useful in Germany!
Väldigt behövligt :-)
