Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.
Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.
Status meanings:
Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.
Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future
Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.
No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.
We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

Diese funktion ist wichtig, da Mitgliedschaften von Kinderausweisen teilweise bis 9 Jahre über deren letzter Aktivität liegen können.
Daher wäre es sinnvoll eine Funktion einzurichten, die es erlaubt laufende Mitgliedschaften über die Massenverwaltung aus den Konten zu löschen um anschließend die Konten löschen zu können.

Hi,
It does delete accounts with expired memberships, I doublechecked and tested before I gave you the answer.
But it is not possible to mass delete accounts with memberships that are NOT expired, and for your safety we are not planning to implement it either. Why do you need to mass delete accounts with active memberships?

Hi,
da nicht nucht Mitgliedschaften/Konten gelöscht werden, die bereits abgelaufen sind, wird diese Funktions dringend benötigt.
Wir brauchen diese Funktion.
Einfach ohne Nachfrage etc. auf "No Action" zu stellen hilft uns keineswegs weiter.

since it doesn't delete memberships/accounts that have already expired, this feature is badly needed.
We need this function.
Simply setting "No Action" without asking etc. does not help us in any way.

Hi,
Patrons with expired memberships can be deleted in massenverwaltung. We can't see any use of being able to bulk delete active memberships, we actually think that it would be a risky function.
