Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

Suchbarkeit von Systemsperre / searchability of system blocks

Unfortunately, you cannot search for or filter system blocks that are not assigned by the Quria user but automatically. You can only filter the account blocks created and assigned by the user.

Example: Notification block for overdue reminder, age transition block or Dept amount block - all blocks from the patron control cannot be filtered. It would be very helpful if this were possible.

    Hi

There is a big technical difference between the two types of blocks, the manual and the automatical. The automatical blocks are not "set" on the patron account, they are calculated when you open a patron account. So this is why we can't make them searchable in Patron/Patrons. This creates a dynamic solution, for example if a library changes some rules, for example for the debt amount block - the patrons that were previously blocked will be unblocked if their fees have not reached the new amount.

In Patron/Loans you can search for loans that are in a specific reminder step, that might help a bit.

In Patron/Patrons you can search for patrons with debts. If you know which amount is the limit for debt amount block you can use this for finding the blocked patrons.

The Age group transition blocks are actually found when you search on the manual blocks, but it's not possible to explicitly say that you just want to find these and no others. Why is this important?

    Best regards

    Magdalena
