Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

email when update is done, maybe with a manual of how to delete cookies in browser

Hi. It could be useful to send an email to customers when a update of Quria is finished. This tuesday we was not sure when it was finished. Our workstation in the library did not work, while our personal computers worked fine. We were not sure when we could start using Quria again, so an email when the update is completed would be useful. The workstation where we help visitors did not work, it just said collections. To make it work we called customer service and together deleted the logg on both browsers we use and that fixed the problem. It would be useful to also add to the email an easy step by step guide to how to do this. The last suggestion for improvements is to do these kinds of updates one or two hours earlier. That way we could fix problems caused by updates an hour earlier and not have to fix problems when we are opening the library.

      Hi,

Thanks a lot for this suggestion.

We are planning to develop a function for communicating directly in Quria about these things, I just don't know when.

But except for that, every local customer service organisation is responsible for sending out information about upgrades to "their" customers. I will inform the Norwegian support about your suggestion.

      Best regards

      Magdalena Olofsson
