Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.
Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.
Status meanings:
Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.
Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future
Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.
No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.
We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

Jeg forstår det slik at {{PatronIdentifier}} nå viser til det som kalles ekstern ID, mens det tidligere viste til lånernummer. Lånerne kan ikke bruke ID til å logge inn, og slike plutselige endringer fører til forvirring og misnøye hos våre lånere.
Det er ikke greit at et slikt valg gjøres uten at vi som kunde får beskjed på forhånd.
Ikke en gang norske fødselsnumre er definert som sensitive i følge Datatilsynet, så et lånernummer skulle være uproblematisk å sende ut til egne lånere. Axiell kan jo eventuelt lage en egen indikator for lånernummer, som de kundene som ønsker det kan sette inn i brevmalene i stedenfor {{PatronIdentifier}}.
In the August release we will deliver a new variable for Patron card and you can choose which one you want to use (or use both). The new variable prints the first active non-blocked card for the patron. If all cards are blocked/inactive none are printed.

We are not happy with this change too. Our customers are quite confused about getting this external ID instead of their card number in the messages.
