Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.
Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.
Status meanings:
Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.
Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future
Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.
No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.
We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.
For technical issues, please contact your local support.
The pick-up location and the checkoutfor the interlibrary loan media differs for our customers from the "normal reservations". So far there is no way to configure and send a text adapted for these notifications? But this would be very helpful.
Hi,
This idea has not got so many votes and I guess that the current solution is good enough. Thanks a lot for your contribution!

Magdalena

Hi!
Thank you, I understand now!
We will consider this but unfortunately I can't make any promises of when it can be implemented.
In the meantime I would like to propose that you add a text under the ordinary text about the trap number.
New: The reserved medium is now sorted according to the ** trap number: 08-0002 ** on a shelf that is freely accessible to you.
Please note that if you have ordered an inter library loan it is handed out "at the service"
Maybe this could help you patrons?
Regards
Magdalena
Hallo,

Hi!
Thanks for this suggestion!
In order to create a good solution I would like to know more. What information is different between a reservation notice for ILL and a ordinary reservation?
