Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.
Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.
Status meanings:
Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.
Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future
Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.
No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.
We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

This has been implemented and released in February 2025. From release notes:
Patron/Loans: Print loans per patron.
If a search returns up to 1000 results, a new option allows printing loans grouped by patron. The information per patron contains:
No, not letters if you mean the same type of letters that the public library uses.
Today they can get a total list for a school or a class in pdf, with title, borrower's name etc. They can retrieve this list by searching for item with a due date "before xxxx" in Loans.
We plan to expand this function by creating a pdf per borrower.
See example of what it looks like today and what we are planning. But it's still in the Patron/Loans tab.They will need to learn to use Patron/Loans and create the files on their own.
I think that they are asking for a way to run a jobb where they get at full "letter" with text, the name of the student, and the name of the book that is overdue.
Is there a way to do that now? Or will it be possible in the future.

Jeg tror at lærene på skolene ønsker en funksjon hvor de manulet kan kjøre en jobb for lånene på sin skole hvor det er en ferdig tekst, elevens navn, og titlerne på bøkene som ikke har blitt levert inn.
Finnes det en måte de kan gjøre det nå, eller er det noe som kan komme etterhvert?

For schools we have developed the tab "Loans" (Utlån på norsk) where you can search and download a list of all loan for a class or a school. The teacher can then remind the students. Right now all these loans are listed in one file, but we are planning on developing a function for creating one pdf per student.
