Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

Search by subject in "Massenverwaltung"

It would be great if it were possible to also search by subject in "Massenverwaltung". As we know that you are planning to revise this functionality, we would appreciate if you considered this addition, too.

I know, it was just a note to my self and I should have written in as a private comment and not a public! Sorry

Yes of course, but you can't do bulk handling with the results list there:-).

    Hi,

I am really sorry, but we are a bit behind with the development right now and this work has been postponed to the release in September.

    Best regards

    Magdalena

Hi Magdalena, how does it look with this feature? It seems that is has not been delivered in yesterday's update, right? Thanks for your reply!

Hi, bulk handling of collections is planned to the beginning of next year and hopefully it will be delivered in April 2022.

    Regards

Hi Magdalena, is there already an approximate time when this functionality should be implemented? Thanks for your answer!

    Hi Susanne,

There is a plan to do "bulk metadata" handling in future, but I'm afraid I can't say when. It's major development.

    Hi Morten

We would need it mainly for data cleansing from the migration, for example:

    • In BIBDIA, we had many subjects that included media type information. This is very bad in Quria, as the subjects are on work level and concern often different media types. Therefore, we would like to adjust the subjects concerned in Massenverwaltung.

    • We have many media with wrong target groups, for example all youth media became children's media... With this functionality, we could correct this based on youth-specific subjects.

There are also other issues, these are just two important examples.

According to Mathias, you are planning to extend the bulk handling anyway because of the requirements of a new Swedish customer, right? Or would this only be on item level?

    Thank you!

    Hi Susanne,

The issue here is that Bulk Item searches in Items and not in the Work. Subject information is not included in the item information. Can you explain what you need it for?

    Best regards

    Morten
