Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

    Hi,

We are working on an improvement when it comes to the display of information in the circulation routines which I hope can be implemented next year.

    Best regards

    Hi,

we use the note function to communicate between the librarians what is special with the library user. What we have to know, if we see the user. For example: "Attention! Control status of items" because some users often are bringing back the items in a not acceptable way. Or: "the CD was damaged" when someone has borrowed a damaged CD-Cover. Or: "Please bring the user to Mrs XXX". Or: "Look to the other account of the child"...

There are a lot of reasons why we are using the note function. I don't understand why the other countries don't use it.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

I need to ask you this to understand if there is something that I am missing here: why are you using the note function so much and what for? I see that all votes for this idea comes from Germany and the other countries has never raised this as a topic and it seems like they are not using the note function that much.

    Best regards

    Magdalena

Or is it possible to make a PopUp with the annotations?

    Hi

Okay, if it's not possible otherwise, then the letters must be limited.

Or it is made possible for the annotations to be displayed anyway, which would of course make much more sense.

    For example:

Like: The customer has unpaid ....

You don't need to limit the letters, you can display half the text. So you can at least see what the approximate content of the comment is.

We need the annotation here to be able to work effectively with Quria.

    Thanks

    Regards

    Hi

    Thank you for this proposal.

Since there is no limit of the number and length of notes it is not possible to display the full note in a good way. This is why we have chosen to just display the text about that there are notes.

    Best regards
