Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell wants to get our customers to be involved in the roadmaps suggesting ideas for features or functions. Unfortunately we cannot develope each and every function suggested but we want to make sure that you have your say. Add your ideas, and opinions to Axiell's roadmap for Quria, creating new features that yours and other libraries would benefit from. You can also vote for other peoples suggestions as well.
In order to make this portal more useful for all the contributors and for us that work with your ideas, we kindly ask you to write in English.

the filter must be such that the last activity date must be before 06/22/2022, for example, so that the account can be deleted.
Everything that used the card on or after June 22, 2022 must remain in place until the next deletion interval.

der Filter muss so aussehen, dass das letzte Aktivitätsdatum bspw. vor dem 22.06.2022 liegen muss, damit das Konto gelöscht werden kann.
Alles was an oder nach dem 22.06.2022 die Karte noch bei uns genutzt hat, muss bis zum nächsten Löschungsintervall bestehen bleiben.

Good morning
This is exactly how this is supposed to work, the list should include only patrons that have NOT used their card (been active) in the past three years. So I wonder if we have a bug here, do you get patrons in the list that has actually been active AFTER 19.02.2020? If so, please give me examples.

sorry falls ich mich falsch ausgedrückt habe.
Wir benötigen einen Filter, der uns die inaktiven Kunden VOR einem bestimmten Datum zeigt, nicht seit einem bestimmten Datum und es muss möglich sein, Kunden mit Gebühren auf den Konten auszuschließen.
Mit dem vorhanden Filter würde ich auch all diejenigen löschen, die vor drei Monaten zuletzt aktiv waren.

We need a filter that shows us the inactive customers BEFORE a certain date, not since a certain date and it must be possible to exclude customers with fees on the accounts.
With the existing filter, I would also delete all those that were last active three months ago.

If I search for patrons inactive since 19.06.2020 I get a list of approx 15 000 patrons in your patron register. Those have been not active for three years and should be deleted.
Can you give me some examples where this function is not working as you expect? Send me for example some patron id's.

es ist richtig, dass nach Kunden und Kundinnen gefiltert werden kann, die ab einem bestimmten Datum nicht mehr aktiv waren.
Leider würden so auch Kunden und Kundinnen gesucht werden, die bis zum heutigen Tage nicht mehr aktiv waren.
In unserer Satzung steht, dass wir die Daten der Kunden und Kundinnen für drei Jahre nach deren letzter aktivität speichern und anschließend löschen.
Daher wäre es gut, wenn es einen Filter gebene würde der anzeigt, welche Kunden und Kundinnen länger als drei Jahre inaktiv sind.

it is correct that you can filter for customers who were no longer active after a certain date.

Our statute states that we store customer data for three years after their last activity and then delete it.
It would therefore be good if there were a filter that shows which customers have been inactive for more than three years.
