Axiell Quria Ideas

Welcome to the Ideas Portal for Quria users!
Axiell invites customers to contribute ideas for new features or functions. While we can't develop every suggestion, your input helps shape Quria’s roadmap. You are welcome to add ideas, vote on others’ suggestions, and discuss them. To make this portal more effective, please submit your ideas in English.

Ideas are regularly reviewed by the product manager or local representative. Once reviewed, the ideas are visible for voting and discussion. Popular ideas will be prioritized within our backlog.

Status meanings:

  • Under investigation: Developers and specialists are discussing if the idea is possible to implement.

  • Planned: The suggestion will be fulfilled in some way in a foreseeable future

  • Future consideration: A good idea, without technical obstacles, but it can't be prioritized into the roadmap at the moment.

  • No action: Technical or other issues prevent development, or an alternative solution exists.

We reserve the right to reject ideas and to close issues after 3 months if we don't receive answers to follow-up questions.

For technical issues, please contact your local support.

Search for reservations on shelf list

In the reservations section, we can search for active reservations but this category includes reservations on shelf list as well as active reservations for media that are currently borrowed by someone else. It would therefore be great if one could differ between the two categories of active reservations or if the difference were at least visible in the results list. Thank you!

      Hi,

In order to keep the Ideasportal up to date I am closing ideas older than 3 years with no votes.

Please let me know if you think that this specific one should remain open.

      Best regards

      Magdalena

The problem is that they are not always shown on the shelf list, from time to time we have reservations with a wrong active date that do not appear on the shelf list. This is why we would like to have such a function, we would then be able to check if we have not missed any reservation. But you are right: If the active date issue would be solved and everything worked as it should, we would not need such a function:-). Thank you!

      Happy new year!

Aha, ok. Those reservations are shown in the shelf list, what is the purpose of having them marked up in the bulkhandling of reservations? I'm just trying to understand the use case :)

Hi Magdalena, thanks for your reply and Happy New Year:-)! Unfortunately this is not what I mean: we would like to search for reservations on the shelf list, not on the reservation shelf (=reservation for an item that is available at the library placed by patron, but not yet trapped by a librarian). This is not possible at the moment, these reservations have the same status (Reservierung platziert) as all the reservations for items that are currently not available, and there is no possibility to distinguish them from each other in the results list. It would already be enough if we could distinguish them from each other in the list. Thank you for looking into this!

      Hi!

I am not sure what you mean, but there is a possibility to only get the reservations that are trapped on reservation shelf by using the filter for "Eingegangen, im reservierungsregal. These are not included in the search for "Reservierung platziert".

Is this an answer to you request or have I misunderstood?

      Regards

      Magdalena
